初步我哋放咗在DAC 上的聽感, 音色偏向中性沒有音染, 人聲嘴型細緻, 不是走大件頭的路線, 最大的特點是由於使用上鎂合金 + 表面白色那層好似虎皮(這種屏蔽技術有待確認) 的特殊屏蔽技術, 她所呈現的黑暗背景真的讓我地非常驚訝! 細節, 結像, 層次表露無遺.

The second installment of the Four Mythical Beasts series, White Tiger (びゃっこ), is here!
I believe many familiar faces will ask our colleagues the same question as soon as they arrive – “Hey! What’s new this season? I really want to buy some toys to play with.”
Entering the Year of the Dragon, there are indeed many new things coming out! Following the super popular pocket-sized low-frequency trap RHR-21 by ACOUSTIC REVIVE, Japan’s other top-notch manufacturer TIGLON has introduced a new member to their Four Mythical Beasts series, “White Tiger,” following the release of the first in the series, “Azure Dragon,” power cord last year.
The power cord model TPL-3000A “White Tiger” is the manufacturer’s latest flagship model and the successor to the previous flagship TPL-2000A. While the two cords look very similar on the outside, the new version, “White Tiger,” eliminates the two magnesium alloy rings of the old version, opting for a more minimalist design. However, upon closer inspection, the black/white shielding mesh beneath the transparent skin of “White Tiger” is precisely the technical key to this flagship cord! Due to the use of many new technologies in this cord, we are currently inquiring with the Japanese manufacturer about the details of these technologies and will provide a detailed report to everyone in the future.
“White Tiger” is set to be officially released in Japan on March 1st, with Hong Kong being the global first launch location. We have stock available since February. However, the initial batch only consists of five units, so interested parties are welcome to contact us via WhatsApp at any time.
Listening impressions of “White Tiger”:
Initially, we tested the sound on a DAC, and the sound leans towards neutrality without coloration. The vocals are detailed, not taking the bold route, with the most significant feature being the special shielding technology that combines magnesium alloy with a white surface resembling tiger skin (this shielding technology requires confirmation). The remarkably dark background it presents really surprised us! Details, imaging, and layers are all vividly expressed.
How does it differ from the previously released “Azure Dragon”
The main difference lies in the positioning of the two cords. “Azure Dragon” is positioned as a mid-range (below 5K) high cost-performance product, recommended by the manufacturer for use in digital audio sources. On the other hand, “White Tiger” is a flagship-level product that can unleash its exceptional power whether used in audio sources or amplifiers. ????
