■ 端子採用新開發銀／銅合金
廠方發現唱頭的四條連接端子是一個容易被忽略，但非常關鍵樽頸位置。傳統唱頭多使用黃銅或磷青銅端子，一般使用這一類物料的端子 IACS 導電率僅約 25～43%，即唱頭內部使線圈阻抗再低，若端子導電率不足，仍會限制整體性能。MC-1 則採用全新研發的銀銅合金端子，其導電率高達 98%，確保MC發電模組所產生的微弱的音樂信號訊號能夠忠實地呈現，不至產生流失狀況。
■ 含天然礦石的特殊樹脂唱頭本體
若發電機構所搭載的部件為金屬材質，容易因渦電流產生失真，導致音質劣化。
MC-1 採用加入帶負電位的天然礦石粉末之特殊壓克力樹脂，並透過 3D 列印精密成型加工，有效消除金屬唱頭常見的音染問題。此外，天然礦石所產生的負離子能抑制唱頭內部因發電動作所產生的靜電，進一步提升音質純淨度。

The MC-1 features a newly developed coil made from sound-specific high-conductivity conductors, PC-TripleC/EX. Using a silver and copper alloy with an International Annealed Copper Standard (IACS) conductivity of 105%, the coil achieves an impressively low internal resistance of just 2Ω. This significantly enhances signal transmission efficiency and dynamic response.
2. New Silver/Copper Alloy Terminals
Recognizing that the four connection terminals of the cartridge are crucial yet often overlooked choke points, the MC-1 employs newly developed silver-copper alloy terminals with a conductivity of 98%. This ensures that even the faintest musical signals generated by the MC system are transmitted faithfully without loss, overcoming the limitations of traditional brass or phosphor bronze terminals, which typically have conductivities of only 25-43%.
3. Unique Resin Body with Natural Mineral Additives
To prevent distortion caused by eddy currents that may arise from metal components in the generating mechanism, the MC-1 utilizes a special acrylic resin infused with negatively charged natural mineral powders. Precision 3D printing is used to shape this body, effectively eliminating the tonal coloration issues common to metal cartridges. Additionally, the negative ions generated by the minerals help suppress static electricity within the cartridge, further enhancing sound purity.
4. Innovative VX Generating System
