日本ACOUSTIC REVIVE 用了多年時間研發而成的一種 TriC 銅及 TriC 銀的混合導體, 命名為 Absolute-EX 導體. 這種混合導體的特點是既有銅豐滿而控制力好的低頻, 亦有純銀優美的高頻伸延. 生產這種EX導體的過程非常複雜, 而且成本高昂. 首先使用鍛造方法把純銀導體加工成為 TriC 鍛造銀, 再在中心位置抽空一個極幼的小通道, 再把以加工好同一大小的TriC斷做銅導體從中間位置套入純銀導體內再用高溫把銀和銅接合而成. 這種兩層結構的優點可以把低頻的信號讓銅導體來傳送, 高頻訊號便交由外圍的純銀導體來傳送, 完成了一種完美的分工. Japan’s ACOUSTIC REVIVE has spent many years developing a hybrid conductor made from TriC copper and TriC silver, named the Absolute-EX conductor.
This hybrid conductor features the fullness and control of low frequencies from copper, along with the beautiful high-frequency extension of pure silver. The production process for this EX conductor is complex and costly.
First, pure silver conductors are forged into TriC forged silver. Then, a very thin channel is evacuated at the center. A copper conductor, processed to the same size as the TriC, is inserted into the pure silver conductor, and they are bonded together at high temperatures.
This dual-layer structure allows low-frequency signals to be transmitted by the copper conductor, while high-frequency signals are handled by the surrounding pure silver conductor, achieving a perfect division of labor.
The Absolute-EX series also employs several of the same techniques used in AR signal cables:
