ACOUSTIC REVIVE 在線材設計上打破傳統框架，與多家專業材料製造商共同開發，打造理想數碼線材的結構：

• 單線導體：採用全球首創的鍛造製法 PC-TripleC，並經 FCM 協力加工為橢圓形，有效消除單線固有共振，保留純淨音色。
• 屏蔽設計：採用特氟龍塗層的柔性銅管屏蔽，兼具卓越屏蔽性能與出乎意料的柔韌度，方便走線。
• 天然絲綢緩衝管：與 Ebisawa 共同開發，實現空氣絕緣（Air Insulation）並抑制靜電。
• 接頭設計：採用異種金屬組合制振結構，並使用螺絲固定（非焊接）以降低焊料對音質的影響，與松金株式會社共同開發完成。

所有材料均從零開始手工組裝，形成前所未有、極盡奢華的線材結構設計，每一條線都是高工藝與性能的結晶。

採用低介電率的氟系樹脂絕緣

在COX-1.0, AES-1.0 這個系列鎖使用的絕緣材料是目前市場上介電率最低、性能最優異的氟系樹脂。ACOUSTIC REVIVE 將氟系絕緣技術應用於這個系列的數碼線材當中，實現高性價比，讓更多用戶享受頂級傳輸性能。

High-Performance Structure with Attention to Detail

ACOUSTIC REVIVE combines years of experience in crafting digital cables to push the boundaries of traditional design. Collaborating with several professional material manufacturers, they have developed an ideal structure for digital cables:

• Single-Conductor Design: Utilizes the world’s first forged PC-TripleC, processed into an oval shape through FCM (Fine Compression Molding) to effectively eliminate inherent resonance while preserving pure tone.
• Shielding Design: Features flexible copper tubing coated with Teflon, providing excellent shielding performance and surprising flexibility, simplifying installation.
• Natural Silk Buffer Tube: Developed in conjunction with Ebisawa, this achieves air insulation to suppress static electricity.
• Connector Design: Employs a hybrid metal vibration-damping structure, using screws for fastening (instead of soldering) to minimize solder’s impact on sound quality, developed in collaboration with Matsukane Co., Ltd.

Every material is hand-assembled from scratch, creating an unprecedented and luxurious cable structure—each cable a testament to high craftsmanship and performance.

Low Dielectric Constant Fluoropolymer Insulation

The insulation material used in the COX-1.0 and AES-1.0 series is a fluoropolymer with the lowest dielectric constant and superior performance currently available. ACOUSTIC REVIVE applies this fluoropolymer insulation technology to its digital cables, achieving excellent cost-performance and enabling more users to enjoy top-tier transmission quality.
