AC-TripleC-4800 採用全新 PC-TripleC 導體,並以 2.0 sq 規格配置,同時符合日本電器安全法例 PSE 的嚴格標準,實現同級產品中最高水準的精度。
PC-TripleC 採用去除微米等級雜質的 OFC(無氧銅) 作為原材料,並透過鍛造工藝將素材壓縮至約 80%,在極限狀態下大幅提升導體密度,同時賦予結晶粒界明確的方向性。這是一項劃時代的技術,並由此誕生了全球首款專為音響用途開發的導體。
去除微米級雜質的 OFC,其導體純度甚至超越 PCOCC;即使是單結晶的 PCOCC 也無法完全避免的內部空隙問題,亦能透過鍛造工藝徹底消除,最終實現高純度、高密度,低阻抗的理想導體結構。
採用 PE 作為絕緣層與外被
AC-TripleC-4800 全面採用在介電率與帶電率方面遠優於 PVC 的 PE(聚乙烯) 作為絕緣材料,實現低損耗、高效率且穩定的電源供應。
導入新素材的革命性線材結構
AC-TripleC-4800 的外被層在製作過程中混入了特定成份的 天然礦石電氣石(Tourmaline)粉末。電氣石是一種具有微弱電位的礦石,當受到電流、磁力或振動等外部刺激時,能釋放負離子。在 AC 電流通過或受到聲波振動影響時,線材外皮會主動產生負離子,發揮防止靜電累積的效果,更有效降低電流傳輸過程中的損耗與劣化。
內部緩衝層採用天然棉材,在線材內部形成空氣層以抑制振動,同時具備防靜電特性此多層結構可徹底阻隔外來雜訊與輻射噪音,實現極高 S/N 比的純淨電源供應,為音響系統提供穩定且高品質的能量基礎。
High-Precision PC-TripleC Conductor
The AC-TripleC-4800 features a new PC-TripleC conductor, configured with a 2.0 sq specification, and complies with Japan’s strict electrical safety standards (PSE), achieving the highest level of precision among its peers.
The PC-TripleC uses OFC (oxygen-free copper) as its raw material, free from micrometer-level impurities. Through a forging process, the material is compressed to about 80%, significantly increasing conductor density while providing a clear directional orientation to the crystal grain boundaries. This groundbreaking technology has led to the creation of the world’s first conductor specifically developed for audio applications.
The OFC, free from micrometer-level impurities, exhibits higher purity than PCOCC (pure copper by a continuous casting process). Even internal voids, which are unavoidable in single-crystal PCOCC, can be thoroughly eliminated through the forging process, resulting in an ideal conductor structure with high purity, high density, and low impedance.
PE Used for Insulation and Outer Sheath
The AC-TripleC-4800 exclusively utilizes PE (polyethylene) as insulation material, which significantly outperforms PVC in terms of dielectric constant and charge density, achieving low-loss, high-efficiency, and stable power supply.
Revolutionary Cable Structure with New Materials
The outer layer of the AC-TripleC-4800 incorporates natural tourmaline powder with specific components during the manufacturing process. Tourmaline is a mineral with a weak electrical potential that can release negative ions when subjected to external stimuli like current, magnetic force, or vibration. As AC current flows through or is affected by sound wave vibrations, the cable’s outer layer actively generates negative ions, helping to prevent static electricity accumulation and effectively reducing losses and degradation during current transmission.
The internal buffer layer is made from natural cotton, creating an air layer within the cable to suppress vibrations and possessing anti-static properties. This multi-layer structure effectively blocks external noise and radiated interference, delivering a pure power supply with an extremely high S/N ratio, providing a stable and high-quality energy foundation for audio systems.
